Hertha BSC
You might not be a Hertha Fan, but you have to acknowledge that this team is one of the most representing things about Berlin: blue and white color shade and another year in the second league dodged by winning this seasons’ tournament. Marcus and I grasped the occasion to celebrate with their fans at their last game versus Augsburg (both teams got ranked up into the 1. Bundesliga, so the game was friendly and in general a big old party).
We were so fascinated by all those different faces — like how a sports team can unite so many people with all kinds of backgrounds — and decided to go for a couple of snapshots (thanks to Maggi for doing all the work and letting me chill, hehe). Seriously though, we had our alien moments within the masses of chanting and celebrating masses. They were sharing a love we could only watch from the outside, but what can I say, it was an all over charming experience. Thanks for having us!
Also ich als Berliner finde Hertha echt unsympathisch und es ist eine Schweinerei, was die Stadt Berlin da an Geld reinpumpt in einen Verein, der alleine zu dämlich zum witschaften ist. Wie die Verantwortlichen es wagen können dann auch noch eine Arroganz an den Tag zu legen die ihres Gleichen sucht ist für mich unverständlich.
Der Bericht gefällt aber trotzdem und die Bilder sind echt gelungen.
