One of the greatest things about living in a large city is how there’s probably a community for everything. Berlin is outstanding when it comes to the underdogs: I’m pretty sure that every possible human fetish is somehow incorporated into the city (which lives and dies by the amount of ‘freaks’ and ‘outsiders’ and ‘special people’ it harbors; isn’t that why people come in flocks to experience something they have never seen or witnessed before?).

Since we all come together on the internet, I think I should drop one for a very special get-together called “Tassebier” (or #tassebier on Twitter and Facebook). A group of bloggers, and tweeters, and internetters in Berlin meet up regularly to have a good time- whether in local bars, in outdoor hot spots at the Spree or at the home of one of the group members. One of the features that unites this group is music in general, specifically electronic music.  If you’re in Berlin and you want to meet cool, laid back people with a  good taste in music, check out Facebook for the next date. Thank you Marinelli for hosting the last time at your beautiful home (and I hope you had a good birthday that night). I wish I could’ve taken better pictures, but my trashed lense has lost all ability to focus.. not that they would’ve turned out a lot better with working gear, but you know, I’ll take any excuse.
