Berlin Weekly

I’m a street collector. That is to say: I collect everything I find on the streets, postcards, stickers. I hoard that shit as if my memory could be wiped out any day, any time. I have boxes and shitloads of magazines and take aways and little iffy things that I find when I’m out. I really have no idea what to do with that stuff once I have to move and I’m not sure I’m going to keep it, so if you know how to recycle my intense love for flyers and advertising hit me back.

Anyway. I was roaming through my collectibles from the past two or three weeks and I found a postcard of the Berlin Weekly store/gallery/exhibition that I passed on Torstraße the other day. I loved the idea and the concept of the store but I had entirely forgotten about it. Harr, the hoarding was of use after all. Check out what it’s about and make a pass every other week if you’re into cool stuff.

Protip: the website has a weekly update photo and events and quote section. I love those nifty things like I love strawberry cheesecake. Cheeky.

I have recently noticed “berlin weekly” the past few weeks, walking by, but never really knew exactly what the concept was…thanks for the heads up! Pretty cool initiative…by the way, its on the Linienstrasse, not the Torstrasse! ;)
