They say: as soon as Berlin is choking with people the avant-garde will move away to different places, most likely the Eastern parts of Europe. While rent and density of people is rising here, there’s still a lot to do over there! From Berlin to Budapest could be the footpath for many leisure-expats, club-freaks, artists and students. And you can make your first move right over there for the Electronic Beats Festival Budapest.

On Thursday, the 13of of August, Berlins favorite electronic music artists Modeselektor, Nicolas Jaar and Junior Boys will play next to Mostly Robot and Volkova Sisters at the Millenaris Teatrum and you can win 1×2 tickets for the gig! And in case you’ve wondered how to get from here to Budapest, here’s a little recommendation: Orangeways, a Hungarian bus-company, will take you from Berlin to Budapest in a couple of hours (okay, many hours, but whatever) for around 30 Euro (return-ticket!) if you’re under 26 years old.

After it’s amazingly successful festival in October, 2011, Electronic Beats, the international music program by Telekom returns to Budapest on 13th September 2012 at Millenaris Teatrum. Berlin’s headbanging techno duo Modeselektor and highly-anticipated New York producer Nicolas Jaar headline the Electronic Beats Festival Budapest alongside bands like eclectic electronic duo of Junior Boys and supergroup of Mostly Robot, supported by promising local band Volkova Sisters.

To win 1×2 tickets to the Electronic Beats Festival Budapest, like this post on Facebook and leave a comment with a valid email-adress under this post! Good luck! We’ll randomly select the winners and notify them by Wednesday.
